Bilateral stainless steel distribution manifolds for pairing with compact distribution groups
Suitable for heating and cooling systems, CS80 MANIFOLDS are supplied a closed-cell expanded PE insulation, removable and inspectable with a convenient Velcro closure. Designed to be paired with CS80 distribution groups, it allows for the regulation and distribution of energy in modern systems. 2″ manifold dimensions and DN25 outlets ensures high flow rates and low pressure drops.
Installed downstream of boilers or heat pumps, in combination with hydraulic separators and tanks from Chapter 1, it manages distribution in secondary circuits of heating or cooling systems. Used individually with the wide range of accessories, it allows for multiple applications. CS80 MANIFOLDS are an ideal solution in reduced room for installation or in cased units.
The supply includes
- Stainless steel AISI 304 distribution manifold;
- Pair of Ø1″ F fittings
- Pair of flat seal caps;
- Wall mounting (anchor and dowel not supplied);
- 15 mm closed-cell PE insulation shell
Performance
- Nominal flow rate = 3 m3/h – max 4.5 m3/h;
- Maximum Power = 50 kW HEATER;
- Maximum Power = 18 kW HEAT PUMP.

Pressure drop
The pressure drops of the 1+1 and 2+2 manifolds are equal to those of the 1-way and 2-way manifolds respectively.

In case of configuration with 1+1 and 2+2 manifold, it is mandatory to purchase 1 (or 2) standard groups and 1 (or 2) reverse groups. It is mandatory to purchase the reverse groups also if the supply and return on the manifold are reversed.
Paths of the fluid in communication between supply and distribution. Symbols identify the paths in communication.
Typical configuration:
- Any configuration can be achieved by changing, when necessary, the position of the headers, plugs, and insulation.
- The symbols in the images represent the communicating chambers.
- Through specific fittings, the capped connections can also be used for connecting safety devices, system loading, etc.
- The CS80 manifolds are equipped with dual lateral connections, featuring a flat seat with a gasket.
- The manifold is supplied for the installation of distribution groups with supply on the left and return on the right (see configuration 1 and 2).
- The distribution groups are not reversible during installation, but inverted group can be ordered by using their specific code.
Note: The distribution groups, in one of the two directions (in the drawing, the one pointing upwards), must be of the INVERTED type (DX).
Note on bilateral connections
The supply from the heat source or connection to hydraulic separators can be made either on the right (DX) or on the left (SX).
By reversing the position of the plugs, CS80 MANIFOLDS can be fed from the right or from the left (see diagram), where connection of the secondary groups faces upwards or downwards.
